  The owner Stuart was quite rude and condescending towards me. Quite arrogant and unprofessional.
  
  My house was not well described and the I found that the estate agents stopped looking for a buyer once they had just one offer.
  
  I feel the selling price was undervalued.
  
  Avoid. I'm terribly disappointed.
